Grow taller exercises

I always wanted to be tall. I still remember that one of the day in the year of 2007, i was searching for ways to grow taller but i didn't want to take the risk. What i found is all about surgery, drugs, and hormone injection. In the mid of 2008, i have attended a martial art class, Wushu. The class last for one and a half hour. First one hour was killing! Warming up consists of painful stretching style. After a few months going for the class, i feel that i'm much more taller than last time! My ex-school mate was shocked and keep bugging me on how i did it so fast. I told him to search for "grow taller exercise".
